In this human system the duty of mind is very vital infact the mind is the driving force behind any action done by the human . In general mind is regarded as power which is above all the powers of human ( mann ki shakti). The mind can travels faster than the speed of light. Right now you are here and within an eye's blink you can reach somewhere ( virtually). It happens with all of us .
The mind often wonders back to events of the past,or to dreams about the future, perhaps even fearing the unknown. An English proverb that is 'BODY PRESENT MIND ABSENT' fits in this case properly. Our bodies present here but we think something else.
Sometimes in our house we can see that our grandmothers worship to the god but at the same time also talk with others. Often the same also happens with us that, we read something but actually not present there , our minds roam elsewhere.
Right now you are reading this blog but while reading this in the meantime some of you may also think that it is not good enough , what type of stuff bla bla bla bla....
Yes this is a common phychological problem that we are not living in this moment. We forget to live in present, which is the only opportunity to make things happen. Present is the live . The cause why we can't live in this moment is that we always think about the result but not the process. If we indulge deeply in the process then we can live in the present, because process is the present but result is the future.
Krishna said in the GITA, THE PAST WAS GONE,THE FUTURE WILL YET TO COME AND YOU LIVE IN THIS PRESENT TIME WHICH IS CALLED THE LIFE.
A question to you, ask yourself that 'Am I living right now?' Let's tell me, 'Are you living in this moment?'
Yes,this moment,. Hmm in this moment where are you now? Think deeply ...you can feel something inside yourself...
The most important time is now,so make the most of it. It is not the past or the future is unimportant. Learn from the past and plan for the future. Success or setbacks from the past should not weigh us down in the present....... ( Mann ki baat by PM NAMO).
WHAT SHOULD TO DO........
1. Start meditation to control the mind.
2. Feel your breath (breathing exercise). To remain in present always keep calm.whenever feel agitated, take a few deep breaths and bring your thoughts in order.
3. Ask yourself that,'IS THIS TIME INEVITABLE?' repeatedly for sometimes. (Until you get the answer,YES. SADHGURU)
4. Believe in present.
5. What SACHIN TENDULKAR said,"WHEN YOU PLAY CRICKET,DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE BALL YOU FACED IN THE PAST? OR THE BALL YOU FACE IN THE FUTURE? OR DO YOU CONCENTRATE ON THE BALL YOU ARE ABOUT TO FACE IN THAT MOMENT ALONE? IF YOU KEEP THINKING ABOUT THE PREVIOUS BALL OR THE NEXT BALL,HOW WILL YOU HIT THE BALL WHICH IS THROWN AT YOU NOW?"
SO ,LIVE NOW ,LIVE IN PRESENT...
Learn from the past,
Apply that in present,
Make the future wonderful...
SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS AND GIVE UR FEEDBACK...
KEEP READING, KEEP GOING. KEEP SHARING..

It's a fact..we live in present physically but delve realty in abstract thoughts(past; future) which are not even real from certain consideration..at the same time I think putting restrictions upon minds ability to act in real time is not prudent as well..so primary objective here should be to muster all the power of the mind on right direction to fullfil objectives
ReplyDeleteIt can be done through the right way of thinking nd practicing meditation ,yes it works.m
