Literally the term' primitive Indian' decodes as the person ( person in general and Indian in particular) who is primitive ( simple in living style, constructive thinking etc.).
(Primitive+Indian= primitive Indian)
Let's discuss the term(primitive Indian) more vividly.
Q. Who is primitive?
Simply ,who is not modern called as primitive. so on that basis our ancestors are Primitive in their living and thinking . Hence let assume their time was before the industrialization (1870i.e the pre industrial period.)
Q. Who is modern?
Those who are not primitive they are modern. Now we called ourselves as 21st century modern man. Isn't it. So after 1870 to till today (2020) i.e post- industrial period called as the modern period
N.B- point to be noted that time can't be old or new or primitive or modern , it's just our thought that how we imagine and how we run along with the time.
Q. Why Indian?
There are many reasons behind that term and can be listed below as....
1. My motherland i.e proud to be an Indian.
2. The original Indian traditions i.e spiritualism, meditation, yoga, monotheism etc.
( Mixed tradition - caste system, child marriage, sati, devdasi, polytheism etc)
3. Our Sanskrit scriptures are the oldest ever on this planet.
4. Our History i.e 1 Ramayana (tells what to do)
2. Mahabharata (what not to do)
3. Bhagbat ( how to live)
5. Our rich ancient scientists i.e Charak samhita, Sushruta samhita, patanjali yoga sutras, Astangahridayam,Gheranda Samhita for health care.
Varahamihir, Aryabhatta for Astrology.
( Indian astrologer calculated that there are 9 planets on this solar system which is scientifically proven though Pluto is now not a planet)
Viman Shastra..
Panini for grammar and many more...
6. The great Indian philosophy.. Vedas (the books of eternal truth), Gita (plethora of knowledge) , Vedanta philosophy etc.
7. Beautiful Indian dress code (particularly the sarees for women and kurta , dhoti, lungi for men)
These are some of the contexts You can find India's rich cultural in every aspects..
# India's gifts to the world---------
@ Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam ideology ( whole world is one family).
@ sarva Dharma Sambhav.
@ Ahimsa ( Nonviolence) and Satya- Nistha (truthfulness)
@ spreading peace ( Shanti)
@ Tolerance and maintain unity in diversity.
Other countries must learn these virtues from India for a harmonious world.
# Countries influenced by India....
During the ancient time India was regarded as the Viswa Guru ( world teacher) for it's knowledge, wisdom , philosophy etc but unfortunately that tag was vanished along with the time. But today's also many countries influenced by Indian culture and philosophy like
@USA ordered it's military to read Gita's karma yoga to motivate ( Google it)
@ Germany's sanskrit school.( Pronunciation of the sanskrit mantras create a vibration in the body)
@ Sanskrit language use as the AI language.
@ world yoga day 21st June every year ( Indianization of the world) and many more ...
But now the concern is that we the Indian don't respect our own culture . We are becoming more westernisation day by day in the name of modernity which is a threat both for individuals and the nation .
The point is if we don't be the part of our own family then how can we be the part of others . Being modern is not a bad thing but we have to first upheld our tradition then the others . We have to learn from countries like Japan, China , Israel, France, even USA that first they practice their own culture and then others ..
Amalgamation of the world's culture is a good but we have to maintain our own culture among others otherwise oneday will come where nothing left behind ...
So what Dayanand Saraswati said ," go back to Vedas" now has a deep meaning for our nation . Atleast we have to must read our History ( ramayan, Gita etc). As a society without knowing it's History is like a bunch of grass without roots.
Thats why being Primitive is the best way to live a simple and a constructive peaceful life with the feeling of modernity. Like the concept Hinglish ( Hindi+ English) we can develop a new concept Modmitive ( modern+ primitive) also.
Thats why I mentioned in the beginning the time period that before the pre- industrial period people were very much aware of their traditions ( not the blind beliefs and practices but practice of yogas, baghbat Tungi etc ) but after that it's degradation started in the name of modern.( Continued.......)
