HATHA YOGA .. In a simple way

 Hatha yoga is one of the branch of science of yoga which teaches various aspects as;

1. How to conquer hunger,thirist,and sleep.

2. How to overcome the effects of heat and cold.

3. How to gain perfect health and cure disease without using drugs.

4. How to arrest the untimely decay of the body resulting from the waste of vital energy.

5. How to preserve youth even at the age of one hundred without having a single hair turn grey.

6. How to prolong life in this body for an indefinite period.

   In western language it can be said, the modern day physical activities are the modified form of ancient Hatha yoga. In original it contains various Asanas ( padmasana, sukhasana, vajrasana etc), Pranayams ( kapalabhati, vramri etc) and there are all total eighty four postures of Hatha yoga.

  Once a hatha Yogi was brought to England.  Although in middle life he looked like a boy of eighteen. Not only was his physical condition perfect, but also through practice he had mastered eighty four postures of the body. The scientists and the doctors of that event were  astonished by that Yogi's performance that how could he able to do that even in that age.

  There were various experiments were done in the past with Hatha Yogis as how they able to conquer their hunger and breath and live a long time like a corpse. ( For details study kindly read ' LAW OF PHYCHIC PHENOMENA' by Thomas Jay Hudson)

  Basically Hatha yoga is the foundation stage of yoga . A person with ill health can't perform Raja yoga ( dhyana) because he can't make stable his mind due to his imperfect health condition. So without a proper knowledge of breathing technique and sitting position,one can't perform right meditation. So it requires to practice Hatha yoga first to sit properly and then start meditation in a one direction.

 Hatha yoga contains not only certain body postures but also put more emphasis on the diet i.e, all hatha yogis eat very little. For a perfect and healthy body it requires ta good and clean intestine. There a meaningful quote as ' JESA KHAYE ANNA , WESA BANE MANN' (as we consume our diet, so like our mind ). So it is advised to take satvik food and less food ( 3 times a day) to consume .

 There are some myths related with our daily life as if we don't take 7-8 hours sleep and don't consume animal flesh then we'll become ill . But my dear Sir/ madam kindly look all our Lords and rishis ,great person they all were vegetarian and were karma yogis ( for a perfect diet plan kindly refer Sadhguru's YouTube channel).

  The primary object of the various postures described in Hatha yoga is to gain control over the involuntary muscles of the body. The hatha yogi were the first to discover a scientific method to manifest the latent power within us.

 Day by day people aree becoming the slave of food and sleep but in contrary a hatha Yogi makes these two his slave and lives a perfect life.

  Finally , those who don't possess good health should, therefore,begin to practice Hatha yoga.

FEAR:who are you?

  Fear is a kind of phycological reaction caused by any misconduct or dangerous action happens or going to happening in near future. It is just an unwanted situation of mind and accelerates the conflict of interest between mind and the consciousness. In reality it is just an illusion of mind and doesn't exist practically. In the situation of fear if one's strength of inner consciousness is more than the level of fear then this unwanted situation could be avoided easily. Nothing wrong about fear . It's a situation which happens with everyone while an individual begins with the first stage of anything like singing, writing, stage performance and so on. On this basis this Fear can be categorised as Fear of failure, Fear of confession etc. But after continuously practicing through the inner motivation and positive brain feeding the Fear fades away.  It's a negetive energy and creates other unwanted situation like Depression, Unhappiness, sadness etc. In the war of Mahabhara...
