Depression or Deep-Operation..

 In this world of technology,now it is seen that all are busy. Every person has a hectic schedule in their life. From sunrise to sunset all are doing something either willingly or unwillingly. The sole purpose is to make some assets and a name in the society. Albeit to be a little busy is a good thing but the opposite is not a healthy sign. In this article we are going to discuss some points regarding the ongoing depression .

In short ,to stay busy always creates tension and after a longtime stays tension becomes depression.

  In a simple word while tension, anxiety etc is there for short period of time but depression is a phase and has a long lasting effect. When tension remains a long time it turns into depression. Depression is a situation of mind when the mind doesn't function properly i.e when the mind doesn't hears you (not the brain). 

 In the past there were no much industrialization, technological advancements so people were lived in a harmonical way.one can find a very rare instance of any depressional cause suicide. But now time has changed. Today in the 21st century we called ourselves civilized and educated but forget to do little things which also one of the cause behind depression. 

As I mentioned above industrialization and technical advancements tough it may be one cause but it doesn't mean that it is the cause behind the game. Now half of the working class (from worker to bureaucrat) are under the grip of depression. Last year an US. based research team published a report which highlights that many US soldiers are under depression.

Due to the hard strike of the Covid 19 particularly the student community also faces unfriendly situation with their studies and which untimely become a mind cracker bomb for them. The working class population (particularly privately engaged) also are in same condition. Due to the global economic shifts and also the introduction of new AI technology many companies willingly (unwillingly) fire their employees. Ultimately it creates a havoc situation in their life. Last year an American firm fired an old employee due to just of his age as he couldn't more attractive to perform the job. So this type of discrimination is also a cause behind depression. These are some examples I produced before my readers regarding depression.

Actually what happens when a good earning man suddenly get out of his work or a good school going student faces any reshuffle of his  ,at that very point the bad effect enters into the Conscious mind. After sometime  the conscious mind sends those messages to the subconscious mind which doesn't know anything about the sudden change. Then after a long time when the subconscious mind realises the problem  and so creates the exact type of vibration inside the brain . As you know the Sutra "what you think you become" here applies. As a depressed person always thinks about his problem so the mind works accordingly and ultimately the other parts of the body. This is the process of depression.

Albeit a person doesn't show any symptoms but later he couldn't be able to say further as the problem reaches in its climax and finally depression turns a live into a dead!!!

Now a days as medical science grows in a spectacular way and  various psychiatrist treatment, mental councelling are available there to treat this issue. Again our ancient practice of yoga is a good method for this. So in actual practice many person have cured from this and it may not be a lifelong disease.

Apart from this there some secret chits are available for all of us to get rid of this problem.

1. Follow your hobby .

  Passion--- profession--- satisfaction.

2. If you couldn't marry your beloved one then start to love your married one 

3.Find the ikigai of Life.

4. Don't compare.

5. Make friendship with books.(don't novel)

6.follow a daily routine.

7. Healthy diet plan as much as possible.

8. Just surrounded with good stuff.

9. Spend some time with yourself.

FEAR:who are you?

  Fear is a kind of phycological reaction caused by any misconduct or dangerous action happens or going to happening in near future. It is just an unwanted situation of mind and accelerates the conflict of interest between mind and the consciousness. In reality it is just an illusion of mind and doesn't exist practically. In the situation of fear if one's strength of inner consciousness is more than the level of fear then this unwanted situation could be avoided easily. Nothing wrong about fear . It's a situation which happens with everyone while an individual begins with the first stage of anything like singing, writing, stage performance and so on. On this basis this Fear can be categorised as Fear of failure, Fear of confession etc. But after continuously practicing through the inner motivation and positive brain feeding the Fear fades away.  It's a negetive energy and creates other unwanted situation like Depression, Unhappiness, sadness etc. In the war of Mahabhara...
