Desire : the roadmap to control it.



"Desire is the cause of all sorrow but without desire life is not moving on."

This write up is describing some possible ways to control the desire.

Negative desires, such as addiction, procrastination, and impulsivity, can have a detrimental effect on our lives. However, with the right tools and mindset, we can learn to control these desires and lead a happier and more fulfilling life.


🛑Identify the root cause: The first step in controlling negative desires is to identify the root cause. Ask yourself why you have this desire and what triggered it. Understanding the underlying cause can help you find ways to address it.


🛑Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment and aware of your thoughts and feelings. When you become aware of a negative desire, take a moment to acknowledge it without judgment. This can help you gain perspective and make a more conscious decision about how to respond.


🛑Find healthy alternatives: Instead of trying to suppress your negative desires, find healthy alternatives to satisfy them. For example, if you have a desire to procrastinate, find ways to make your tasks more enjoyable. If you have a desire to overeat, find healthier foods that you enjoy.


🛑Set realistic goals: Setting realistic goals can help you stay motivated and on track. Break your goal down into smaller, manageable steps, and celebrate each small victory.


🛑Seek support: It's important to have a support system in place. Whether it's a friend, family member, or therapist, having someone to talk to can help you stay motivated and on track.


🛑Practice self-compassion: Be kind and compassionate towards yourself. Remember that everyone has negative desires, and it's normal to struggle with them. It's not a failure if you slip up, it's just a part of the process and process itself is learning and learning more.


In conclusion, controlling negative desires takes time and effort, but it is possible. By identifying the root cause, practicing mindfulness, finding healthy alternatives, setting realistic goals, seeking support and practice self-compassion, you can learn to control your negative desires and lead a happier, more fulfilling life.

What is discipline? It can be expressed in different ways such as  IT IS THE PRACTICE OF TRAINING PEOPLE TO OBEY RULES AND BEHAVE WELL.  IT IS THE PRACTICE OF TRAINING YOUR MIND SO THAT YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR  ACTIONS AND OBEY RULES. FEAR:who are you?

  Fear is a kind of phycological reaction caused by any misconduct or dangerous action happens or going to happening in near future. It is just an unwanted situation of mind and accelerates the conflict of interest between mind and the consciousness. In reality it is just an illusion of mind and doesn't exist practically. In the situation of fear if one's strength of inner consciousness is more than the level of fear then this unwanted situation could be avoided easily. Nothing wrong about fear . It's a situation which happens with everyone while an individual begins with the first stage of anything like singing, writing, stage performance and so on. On this basis this Fear can be categorised as Fear of failure, Fear of confession etc. But after continuously practicing through the inner motivation and positive brain feeding the Fear fades away.  It's a negetive energy and creates other unwanted situation like Depression, Unhappiness, sadness etc. In the war of Mahabhara...
